Legal disclaimer
Please read this carefully before creating or paying a Auralane payment link. By using Auralane you agree to the terms below.
1. General disclaimer
Auralane (“Auralane”, “we”, “us”) is open, non-custodial software that generates payment requests following the public Solana Pay specification and reads public data from the Solana blockchain to display payment status. Auralane is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
Auralane is not a bank, money services business, money transmitter, payment processor, exchange, broker, escrow agent or custodian. We never receive, hold, control or transmit user funds, and we have no ability to access, freeze, reverse or recover any transaction.
2. No financial, legal or tax advice
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset. Fee comparisons are approximate illustrations based on publicly listed standard rates and may not reflect your actual costs. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
3. Risks of digital assets
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sending to an incorrect address, the wrong token or the wrong network can result in permanent loss. Stablecoins such as USDC and USDT are issued by third parties (Circle and Tether) and carry issuer, regulatory and de-peg risks. SOL is volatile and its value may change significantly between creating and paying a request.
Payment status shown by Auralane is derived from third-party RPC infrastructure and may be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Always confirm important payments directly on a block explorer such as Solscan before delivering goods or services.
4. Terms of use
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses, amounts and descriptions in any link you create, for securing your own wallet and private keys, and for complying with all laws that apply to you — including anti-money-laundering, sanctions, consumer protection and tax laws. You may not use Auralane for any unlawful purpose, fraud, phishing, or to receive proceeds of crime.
Anyone can create a Auralane link. A Auralane link does not mean we have verified, endorsed or vetted the recipient. Only pay people and businesses you trust.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralane and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of funds, profits or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
5. Privacy
Auralane has no accounts and no database. Payment details are encoded in the link itself and processed only to render the checkout and query the public blockchain. Wallet addresses and transactions on Solana are public by nature and can be viewed by anyone. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics to improve the service.
6. Trademarks & changes
Solana, USDC, USDT, Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. Auralane is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. We may update this disclaimer at any time; continued use of Auralane constitutes acceptance of the current version.
